Simply brilliant - this versatile casserole dish/cocotte/French Oven is ideal for all sorts of recipes and my current favourite is from Lindsey Bareham's book- `The Fish Store':- `Pot-Roasted Chicken with Onions', a brilliant way of cooking a whole chicken in the oven.
